This 4-hour advanced range course is designed for responsible armed citizens who want to build real-world defensive handgun skills through repetition, movement, and pressure-based drills.

This is a full range immersion course focused on developing:

You will spend the entire course applying skills on the line, not in a classroom.

🔫 Live-Fire Training Covers

• The 6 checkpoints of defensive      handgun competence
• Developing holster draw speed      and efficiency
• Reloads and malfunction clearance under time
• Proper shot cycle for speed      and accuracy
• Shot accountability &      diagnosing misses in real time
• Balancing speed vs. precision
• Lateral and facing movement      drills
• Use of and movement to cover
• Decision-making under stress (stress inoculation)
• Dominant & non-dominant hand      shooting
• Hand transitions and control
• Timed and evaluated shooting      drills + performance qualification

🧠 Performance Focus

Throughout the course, students will be coached on:

• Mental preparation and      pre-planned responses
• Visual processing and reaction      time
• Shooting efficiency and      consistency
• Decision-making in dynamic      environments
• After-action mindset (what      happens after the fight)

(All concepts are taught through live-fire application — not lecture)

🧰 Required Equipment

• Safe, reliable semi-automatic      handgun. Revolvers allowed but not recommended.
• Quality strong-side or appendix      holster & belt (NO SERPA holsters) If you do not have a holster,      you can contact us and we will custom make you one if you sign up for the      class at 50% off. 
• Minimum 200 rounds of      ammunition
• At least 2 magazines

✅ Loaner gear available for most common handgun platforms (holsters, mags, pouches, belts)

⚠️ Prerequisites

• Must hold a valid Maryland      Wear & Carry Permit

⏰ Important Attendance Policy

• Please arrive at least 5      minutes early
• Classes begin promptly on time
• Students arriving more than 5      minutes late will not be admitted and must reschedule
