Important Information:

This class allows you to purchase a regulated firearm. (handguns).

Active law enforcement officer or a person retired in good standing from a law enforcement agency of the United States (Federal Law Enforcement), the state of Maryland, or a local law enforcement agency of the state of Maryland.

Active or retired member of the United States Armed Forces or National Guard and possesses a valid military identification card.

Maryland law prohibits the manufacture, sale, purchase, receipt, or transfer of detachable ammunition magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds. While purchasing or transferring such magazines within Maryland is illegal, possession, use, and carrying of these magazines is not prohibited. The law generally applies to firearms manufactured or transferred after October 1, 2013. 

If you decide to purchase a firearm and have it shipped to us with hi capacity mags just know that EVERY mag will be pinned and you will be charged $5 PER mag. There is NO EXCEPTION to this rule unless you are Law enforcement officer with proper ID and then these restrictions do not apply.

If you need a copy of our FFL sent to another dealer you will need to e-mail ffl@gearedupfirearms.com and request a copy be sent to that dealer. We will need the following information included on that e-mail.
